Effortless to organise an appointment over phone late in the day. But despite being a bit of an inconvenient time for them, they gave Pixel a great wash and trim quickly and cheap. Great groomers, wish I lived nearby and wasn't passing through.

We recently moved to the area from Canberra, where we had a fantastic groomer, especially when grooming our Pomeranian. We found a groomer down here who was recommended by a few people. We took our Pomeranian & Cavalier to them. The Cavalier was fine but the Pom not so good. I spoke to the groomer about it & explained what I expected. A couple of months later we took them again, same result. Luckily someone mentioned this business to us. From my first contact with Corinne I could tell that she was a professional who knows her stuff. I took Lexi the Pom in the next day. Corinne discussed options with me for making Lexi look her best. When I went to pick her up I was very pleased with the result. Her salon is immaculate & staff are friendly & professional. Highly recommended.

Pooch Grooming Salon did such an amazing job with our puppy for her first cut. I have not yet found a place that has done as good a job. They really took care of her and thought about how to make her look her best, she smelled amazing too, and her clean smell lasted for days. Five stars. This was back in Oct this year.

Staff took time to work with suggestions from dog behaviourist I worked with. As my dog is not easy to groom. Corinne was marvellous. Recommend highly this business.
