Beautiful store with lots of nice products at pretty reasonable prices, extremely friendly staff and wonderful service!I was searching for a last-minute birthday gift for my Mum and had browsed Dusk's online store, which had a nice layout and was pleasant to use, and also gave the option to check stock for items at particular stores without having to call in. Many of their products are made to go together or otherwise complement each other, which is great for creating your own 'gift set' for someone.The Castle Towers store was colourful and inviting, clean and well-organised, looked AND smelled great! I was served by Rebecca who was completely awesome and totally made my day! :) She was so friendly and super professional, and patiently and clearly answered any questions I had. She quickly confirmed that they had in stock ALL of the items I had previously checked online and confirmed that the discounts in the online store for buying multiple similar items also applied in store. She offered to wrap the items I'd selected while I was still browsing at no extra cost even though there were quite a few inconveniently shaped small ones, which was a HUGE help and, in her words One less thing for you to worry about!" She also covered the prices on some cheaper items that had labels and double-bagged the heavier items too! She also signed me up for the Dusk rewards program for $10

Love the products but not the fact that my favourite candle is now smaller but more expensive. Update: Really hate that they have discontinued that favourite candle!!! Won’t be returning
