Customer service is hopeless.Asked us to pay an advance to get a quotation. Paid the advance. After chasing up for 2 months later ,sent us a wrong quotation because the person handle it has no idea what we provide and what we are talking about. Just waste our money and time.

My family were looking for a granny flat for our grandmother to live in our back yard. We purchased at Todd Devine Homes and found the experience simple, they explained everything clearly from the beginning, The staff were very friendly, courteous, knowledgable, professional & helpful. Very good service. A well run business. The office staff were always friendly and professional. The builders were very clean and took pride in their work. Any problems were dealt with quickly. I am very happy with the finished product. Highly recommended.

Slow to do repairs and have to fight every step of the way to get fixed.

We are over the moon with our Granny Flat from Todd Devine. We decided on them as they had the perfect sized unit for our space, value for money compared to other builders (and we visited about 4 others) and the finishes in their units., Being built on site helps too..nothing ‘cookie cutter’..They ticked all the boxes before we had begun.Being total building newbies, we had no idea what to expect; Ashlee was so helpful and transparent about everything; answering countless questions, helping us through each step of the process from understanding the contract to picking the colours of the downpipe.As for the actual building process; Alex and his team were lovely; clean, professional, always accommodating to our schedule with work and the kids. Even the dog was well patted:)The whole unit was completed in the time they stated at the beginning, workmanship was perfect and we got a yummy hamper to enjoy too.Would absolutely recommend TDH to anyone who’s thinking about building a granny flat. No regrets, great company to deal with. If we ever do a knock down/rebuild of our actual house, we know exactly which TDH one we’re going to get!!

Not happy at all we had problems with our shower a couple months after taking over our unit water was going under tiles they came and so called fixed it now just as the warranty has expired our tiles have lifted rang them two weeks ago they asked for photosAs I told them this was a problem from the start my husband is not well and he and my son have had to fix the problem as we need the shower but I haven’t even had a call except one to ask for some photos the waterproofing had four nails in it one had even lifted water cracking the waterproofing and water was going under the unit not only causing a lot of stress and money lucky my husband and son are both very good did the job better than there tradies this company needs to look at there tradiesIf you had seen what was under the tiles the glue that is used for sticking tiles had turned to sand drain was held with silicone big dobs in four corners I am very lucky my husband was a tradesman when we built our unit he was on top of most thing till they banged him and locked him out

I have been so impressed with Todd Devine. From the very beginning dealing with the office staff regarding plans and colour schemes etc, they were always extremely helpful, returning calls promptly and delightful to deal with.The building started on time and I was always kept in the loop as to what was going to happen and when. If there was any change in plans I was informed before and even the tradies were friendly and polite as was the Site Manager. Again always very good to deal with.You hear so many negative stories about Builders but none of this applied.I’m delighted with the finished product and attention to detail. A quality product in every sense !!
