MBM Communication is appalling and you get charged for every phone call, inquiry or meeting. MBM can not be bothered replying to emails in a timely manner. MBM keeps raising the costs of services and subscriptions but MBM is the only one getting rich. They insisted that I use their preferred and most expensive software and refused to provide tax documents until I put an app on my phone!

When single touch payroll became the way to record wages Natalie encouraged me to change the accounting package I had traditionally used for 20years. It was a revelation, but more than that, Natalie and her supporting staff made the transition seamless and easy. She has continued to be a delight to work with.
