I was super impressed with the customer service provided by Aura, they were patient and understanding about my concerns about shipping from Perth to Brisbane, and amazingly my bed arrived in only 4 days. The shipping was very reasonable at only $399.I’m in love with my new bed, the modern design is so comfortable and functional without compromising style.

I can't thank you guys enough! I got my king velvet bed on special and only had to pay a small amount to get it deliver to my door as I live interstate!! I searched in major retail stores to walk out disappointed as I could never find what I wanted. I am so glad I found you guys!!! Thank you so much I am in love with my bed.

I strongly recommend this company. My brother purchased a bedroom and me and my wife saw what they purchased and we were blown away. We went ahead and took the plunge. I can smell the leather, fast delivery, girls in there are just great. Go have a look at the shop and all the unique products they have. My brother waited 8 weeks for this bedroom as it was custom made , made to fit the size they wanted. So good they offer this also. Check them out and ask for Sim or Savanna they are so helpful and knowledgable.

I cannot thank Aura and the team enough for their amazing service through-out my order of the ‘ShowGirl’ Bed. I was down in Melbourne for a family reunion and was staying in the high roller suit at the Crown Casino. As soon as I entered the room the bed was definitely the first thing I noticed. I fell absolutely head over heels with the awesome quality and design of the product. I ended up going to reception and asking where they had bought the beds from. As I live interstate, they provided me the website to Aura. Within the next week I had already order the exact bed. Coming from Perth, I was so surprised how quickly the bed arrived. The very next day from ordering my bed I received a call from the customer service team to inform me my new bed was on its way! The teams call really made me feel like I was being looked after. With-in four days from my order my bed had arrived. Though my partner and I had to assemble it ourselves, it was a much easier process than I expected. The day after my bed was delivered, I received another call from the customer service team to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I could not wait to tell them how much of a queen I felt sleeping in my new bed, and to thank them for the amazing service and product they had provided me. Over all I would definitely give Aura a 10 out of 10. The team ensure I felt like a very valued customer whilst providing me the highest quality bed I could have ever asked for. And the best part is, I paid a fraction of the price I would for a bed of this standard from Aura than I would at any other retailer. Got my aura bed a few weeks ago and could not be happier!!Quality materials at such an incredible price.The dimensions were perfect for the room and my partner and I couldn't be happier.We did plenty of research, and found AURA was more than accommodating to our budget. It is by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Brilliant customer service, keeping us informed on delivery time and costs. Jasmine was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend!!

We buy and sell properties for a living. We only recently discovered a poor trend. We had bought from Aura a dozen times prior with no issues. Our latest order was for a large apartment complex, the order was cancelled and I received a full refund. The reason given was due to a flood that had impacted their inventory. Obviously this was unfortunate and we were driven to source furniture from Domain and Freedom spending almost twice the price. As a result this affected my profit margins. I took the initiative to consult Aura to see what was available, met with the owner who was lovely and designed some upcoming bedrooms over 2 days. Low and behold I sold 16 in one weekend. Numerous clients were asking for furniture to be included in the advertised price (no negotiation). As real estate agents have significant wiggle room we gladly offered this package and my managers think I’m brilliant. I believe Aura really gives properties the most justice. Thanks Aura you’re the absolute best company I have ever dealt with and I hope your remaining customers aren’t giving you too much of a hard time. All the best and thank you once again!

I had an incredibly positive experience dealing with Designs by Aura. Although I'm in Melbourne, the staff were accomodating and were able to ship the bed out to me on a big truck, it only cost $499 and it was delivered within 2 working days. I've had parcels sent within Melbourne take longer to reach me! I was impressed with their efficiency. The staff were helpful and also very quick to respond to all of my emails. The bed I purchased was the divine bed. It's luxurious and great quality. It's modern and elegant. I have no negatives to say about my experience and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a modern, sleek bed, or any bed as they are the bed people.

My partner and I have been looking for a new bed for a while now and haven't been happy with pricing or features so we decided to take a look at Aura Modern Bedrooms. After looking through the website we were astounded at how high quality the beds were for such great prices and we realised we had been wasting our time elsewhere ! I sent a question to the customer service team and literally got a reply within the hour. Everything was organised so quickly and we were extremely happy with their delivery service through TNT. The bed we purchased was the Ashra California king bed. From the day we first looked on the website to the day we got to sleep in it Aura Modern Bedrooms were nothing but helpful and efficient. The smell of the leather and timber finishes were amazing and so fresh. Highly recommend anyone looking for a great bed to call these guys. The worst customer service you will ever face in your entire lifeThey delivered 2 pieces from one bed and another 2 pieces of bed from a different bed. So parts are unassemblable.Tried to explain the problem and they hung up on me. Gave them a week to fix it but still insisted the bed is correct. They don't do anything except LIE .They keep saying they will fix it just to keep me calm but nothing happens.Have been sleeping on the floor for a week.So I contacted customer protection and I'm preparing my paperwork to send them to the Department of Commerce.Attached the photos as a proof .Don't waste your money and your piece of mind with people like this.Will NEVER recommend them.I'm not very surprised as the only 2 CUSTOMERS WHO GAVE 5 STARS HERE ON GOOGLE REVIEW ARE TEGAN AND ADRIAN. There is already a Tegan and Adrian who work for Bedroom by Aura and I've been in contact with both of them ..FAKING CUSTOMERS REVIEWS???????? WHAT A SHAMEEEEE????????
