Sunmono E-bike

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE !Pr-ordered a bike from them, was advised it would be a month until delivery, 1 month later was advised that shipment had arrived and if I could advise if I would pick up or require delivery. Until this point their service was great mind you, I replied thinking I would have an invoice followed by a delivered product in a week. 2 weeks went by without a response or update to any of my emails. I finally got a response, provided details again and once again 2 weeks without anything ! My final email demanded an invoice or deposit refund, still not sure if they actually have any product delivered in country, it is not hard to invoice and dispatch a product.I did however get my deposit returned, this is unfortunate as I was looking forward to getting the product. I would advise anyone else looking at this to be very cautious, they might be better to deal with in person rather than over email. All in all a terrible experience for 2.5 months and no product supplied in the end.

Stoked with my cargo bike so far. After a long period of research I bought a cargo bike to get my kids to and from school. Ed is a good man to deal with at the Botany store. Friendly and no nonsense. I'd recommend the Sunmono cargo to anyone looking to move kids around.

I purchased E-mono’s Lightweight STEP-THRU Folding Bike SE-20F02 from the Rosebery store in Sydney.A brilliant folding e-bike that gave me a sense of safety while riding unlike some other brands I tested. It's strong, sturdy, compact, powerful and the battery lasted 70km on first charge, much more than the manufacturer recommendation. It was more powerful going up hills than other more expensive e-bikes ridden by my friends and it was several hundred dollars cheaper than other e-bikes I tried.Customer service was friendly, helpful and very informative especially since this was my first e-bike purchase.I would recommend this bike to anyone wanting to use an e-bike as a form of transport to and from work or just for fun.

I have had two Cargo Ebike. They are very efficient and can carry good amount of weight. The motor is strong and the two batteries are useful for long distances rides. Also, I had a great experience regarding customer service as the staff answered to my concerns quickly and helped me how I needed. Thank you

Great bikes at great price. I have brought 7 one for each member of family. I have not had any problems with any of them. My 84 year old dad loves his as it keeps him independent. I did my homework and found these to be great value for money and were good quality. I would recommend to friends and family

I have traveled over 100 Kms since I purchased my folding ebike and can not fault it. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. It is of very solid build and the gears work very smoothly. The battery is good and lasts to carry my 115 Kg over 30 Km. Their web site needs to be updated more regularly as the product pictures are a little out of date. The 3 spoke wheels are more sturdy than spokes.

This is my second Ebike and I have been extremely impressed with it. I do Uber Eats full time so the bike gets a serious work and every week and has not missed a beat. With my first bike, which was a conversion kit type, something would go wrong EVERY week eg: popped tyres, break failures and the list goes on but absolutely not the case with the Sunmono which has been 100% reliable. Can't say enough good things about it :-)

A really good product and cheaper alternative to the major Bike manufacturers. Very satisfied. Had a problem with the battery after 2 weeks and after returning it was so surprised to have it exchanged straight away. just fantastic.

Called up the day before to check someone would be at the warehouse and was told I could come at any time. Showed up at 10:30am and warehouse was closed. Called the main number to be told they would check and call me back in 5 mins. 20 minutes later and no call back, I called them back only to be told he was busy so forgot to call me back but that someone had already left and would be there in 15-20 minutes. Then decided to call the mobile number posted on the warehouse door. The person picking up told me that they were only just leaving the city to come to the warehouse and would be 40-50 minutes. They also told me they don't open the warehouse at 10:30am, but I told them it clearly says they do on the website. The frustrating part is being lied to by the staff (intentionally or unintentionally) by saying the person had already 30 minutes ago when they were only leaving now, being told the warehouse doesn't open at 10:30am when it clearly says it does on the website and being made to feel like I was in the wrong for being there on time and for checking with them the day before that there would be someone at the warehouse and being told there would be and to show up and for no one to be there. If they were more upfront and honest about the stuff up I wouldn't have bothered leaving a negative review because these things happen, unfortunately they were not.
