It's the fourth time visit with Dr Yang, I am extremely happy with her professional services, the best dentist I have ever met, she's professional, kind hearted, her work is amazing! I can't praise enough for her services, strongly recommend anyone who has needs of dental services, she will the right one for you!! The best ever service I've ever seen. Especially the front desk lady Michelle. She's patient, friendly and professional. She always care patients' benefit and provide proper suggestion. Definitely will be back.

The after sale service is great. Dr Tan re-did my braces for a small fraction of the market price years after my braces had been removed. Neither was I charged more when treatment went longer than expected. Highly recommended.

The front desk clerk Michelle is friendly and patient. Especially after going to the neighboring Sunnybank private hospital. I recommend removing the Sunnybank private hospital" from the cooperation list. It's really terrible and rude service. I would rather go to a further hospital than go there again once."

I witnessed something very encouraging n delightful while accompany a friend's dental visit. A very cranky Husband s loudly raging at the front desk about his wife s treatment, rude language, pointing at her, something about root treatment and price quotation, wife was continuing hint him not to do so.The front desk checked records and apologized for didn't arrange her to desired dentist, very patiently explained the treatment procedures with a tooth model. She extinguished fire by not even rise her voice a bit, keeping smiling all the time with genuine honest and integrity, professionally illustrated the treatment to them. He backed off by understanding the procedures. I ve been to dream smiles dental once at their Sunnybank new Centre, they grabbed me by offering honest advices but not hard selling, they secured my future visits by excellent customer services! I worked in customer service once, seen a significant number of hard-to-deal customers, and how companies front line deal with them. Very well done Girl! Keep it on! Sorry didn't get her name. Customer services: 5/5 - multilingual clinic with helpful and knowledge staff.Treatment: 10/10 - Dr. Tan did his utmost to ensure a safe and exceptional treatment with comprehensive treatment plan and thorough execution.Payment: Payment plans were available and flexible. Prices were fair and on the lower end spectrum from other ortho specialists I had scoped previously.Most importantly, Dr. Tan took the time and effort to use an uncommon technique to change the position of my wisdom teeth using braces. I avoided thousands of dollars of surgery and weeks of recovery all because he took the time give me other options.Thank you Dr. Tan and Team for the wonderful effort you've put into giving me my dream smile.

I went to the clinic for teeth cleaning last week. I really appreciate Dr. Yang for her professional attitude as she spent much longer time in cleaning compare to my previous dentists(30mins compare to 10/15 mins). The receptionist Michelle is also very friendly and professional, and she tried to help me to pay less gap with my insurance. I will choose this clinic for my future regular visits from now on.

I contemplated posting this but I thought my review might benefit others so they will not have to experience a terrible visit like I did. And on hindsight, I wish I had said something to the staff before I left the clinic.I had decided to go ahead with the recommendation of a Customer Value Specialist with a certain insurance company. I was looking to do a check up and a clean for my teeth. I have no complains about the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful throughout.Dr Jun Yang was the dentist who attended to me. She was unfriendly, rude and very unhelpful. I didn’t feel that my teeth were properly cleaned at the end of the visit. I was not given any breaks during the entire cleaning procedure to wash out my mouth - just once with mouth wash before the cleaning and another time after the cleaning was complete. Not only that, she was rough and moved my head around. I’ve visited a few dentists before and NOT ONCE had I have my head moved. I suppose this was a red flag and I regret not saying anything then. She then informed me that I had a possible decay and went on to take 3 x-rays of my teeth. I asked what might cause the decay and her answer sounded like she herself was unsure. I got the sense that she was very hesitant in answering any of my questions. The dental assistants weren’t very helpful or assuring either but they were not as rough at least.It was a stressful and horribly unpleasant experience for me. I can safely say this was my worst dental experience.

Dr Tan and his team are incredible and have made my orthodontic journey so enjoyable. I had several consultations before seeing them and straight away felt like I was in safe and experienced hands. If you are considering orthodontic work go and have a chat with Dr Tan, I guarantee you won't regret it.

A big shout out to Dr Eng Tan at Dream smiles, I am a Sydneyider travelling in-between SYD and BNE due to work commitment, it was super thankful and appreciated the front desk always taking care of us trying to book us in to suit our flights and schedule.Our first visit was in 2019 with Dr Tan for an initial consultation due to crowding and deep bite. We also visited 4 other places in Brisbane and 2 in Sydney, most of the consultations were done by a treatment coordinator and trying hard convince us to start at age of 8, was too keen to know which school my son goes to and some other things not quite related to his treatment. We have been to Eng for four visits before we decided to start with him, all visits were done very thoroughly, honest and professional advises are given, he is the only Dr who found my son has an extra tooth stuck-on just below his sinus which need to be extracted before braces.It was amazed Eng rather spend time on discussion of treatment details other then been pushy or rushing us, my son is wearing his braces with confidence now, he told us that he likes how Eng talks and the way treats him with respect. Can’t wait to see his new smiles soon.Big thanks to his team, thank you all for been patient with us on our visits.
