I used this company for a quote. I engaged in their services for the job. What a mistake.The concrete company is owned by the shed company and rod was doing this. He arrived to my property after several delayed days with a broken arm, then proceeded to charge me for an extra person as he couldn’t work. Whilst he was still on my property at the time he felt it acceptable to charge a variation for the works after a site visit and measure.It didn’t end there. My materials were delivered and sat on the ground for 2 months before I phoned to wonder why they hadn’t been installed. I spoke with Sandy (rods wife) very polite the first few times.After another few weeks and few more calls, every excuse under the sun as if it was my fault they had no workers.After 4 months I’d had enough and demanded answers at which time rod rang me and abused me calling me several names. I advised that I would deduct the extra $400 not per contract on the final payment. Sandy told me she didn’t have anyone to build my shed and if I knew someone to get them to do it. I advised her I did know someone and mentioned the business name. She then phoned that business before I got the chance in booked in another 6 clients they had also put through the same pain in front of me. I was disgusted and disappointed in this behaviour and told them. At this time they terminated my contract immediately and left me with the materials on the ground and a very very ordinary concrete job.I would not recommend anyone use this company even if they seem cheap they will rip you off or make you wait

Love the quality, service, they don’t nag and up sell you!! Plenty of options, affordable build and concrete can be added to the shed quote and they help deal with council approval
