UNRELIABLE HOURS.Still a great place but their opening hours are all over the place and unreliable. Last week they said they were currently open Fri, Sat, Sun & Mon. Today Monday we road from Bright to Harrietville but Morries was shut! I know it’s been tough for local businesses this year but customers do need a bit of consistency.PS. There was a Coffee Van just across the road out the front of Mountain View Retreat so tragedy averted, we got a great coffees there.

Imagine that in such a small town someone could go out of their way, as the woman (owner, as it turns out) who served us this morning did, to be so incredibly rude. It really was just too early for this sort of behaviour.We have been here many times and enjoyed lovely breakfasts however this will be our last time. It really was disappointing when you consider the waitress who attended us at the table was lovely, and she only works there.In such a beautiful town no-one can really afford to treat people the way this woman did and as we are local, we will surely be spreading the word.Big mistake rude woman. Big. Huge.

Lovely barista working around the restrictions with a smile on her face, gave us an ice cream sample and made us feel very welcome, gave us recommendations for sight seeing in the area, her knowledge of the area was obviously very broad.

The ice cream was fantastic! It is made on the premises by a lovely young lady who loves her work. There’s always something different being made regularly. I had the blood orange and my partner had the lime and ginger. Both were great. We will definitely go back next time we are in the area.

Glorious place. Heavenly icecream... all the time we get there, the taste and customer service is going up and up. Good on you my dear friends. My whole family recommend this place for a great break and icecream. You get the world's best icecream and the stream flowing nearby with lots of parking will give you great family time. Good spots for photos ....too.In spring we are going to drive there just for the icecream.We will support family business like this.....
