Took my beautiful retriever here for a week whilst I was away, very happy with the friendly service and cleanliness here at Pads n Paws. Definitely recommended!

My dogs stayed at this pet motel for a weekend recently and when we picked them up they smelt of very strong and old urine. We had to take them straight to a dog wash because the stench in the car was so strong. Their leads were also wet with urine. We will not take our dogs there again.

Pads N Paws Pet Motel
My Keplie X spend 2 nights at Pads N Paws last weekend. She was very well looked after and was not distressed or smelly when I picked her up. The owners fit her in last minute (the day of), accommodated for my drop of and pick up times over lunch without any hesistation. The price was fair and affordable. I am so thankful that she was well looked after. When I picked her up, I went out the back to where the other dogs were and they all looked really happy and well looked after.

Unfortunately being new to town SWR, I didn't know where to leave my adored companion Ted (Cavoodle) for a few hours while I attended to some business in Kempsey. I will never take him there again. The smell when you walk in was disgusting, and the owner never once spoke to my dog or acknowledged him at all.She charged me $17.50 for 3 hours. Then when I picked him up he smelt like urine..The whole place was dirty and unkept. The pictures on the website are false and misleading. Not recommended.

Really Horrible. I took my dog there for the weekend, and they treated my dog like pests. When my pet came back from this horrible kennel, she became sick, and had diahrrea for a long period of time. If you can, please, please, please avoid going to this kennel. Especially if you're going to the Big4 Sunshine park. I don't know what they feed my pet, but for all I know, it's definitely horrible, rotten food.

Pads & Paws looked after my dog for 2 weeks, they did a great job as he is a bit naughty, good food, clean & plenty of room to run around safely secured, would recommend Pads & Paws & will board my dog there again.

My active Kelpie loved his time away from home. You could tell he was well cared for and the overall standards of cleanliness were of a high level. I would feel extremely comfortable leaving him in the hands of Sallie and the team again in the future!
