I booked a cut and blow wave for my mother, she was thrilled with her new style, it looks lovely and is easy to care for. The staff were attentive and the refreshments were appreciated

Not good or bad but average, I spent a lot of money for red extensions to match my hair and was suggested if I wanted to have them vibrant to get the pink ones and that they would be able to be dyed red... they were always more pink and didn’t blend the best so I was a little upset about that. The staff were nice but never friendly enough in a way that really made me feel really welcome. The salon is very beautiful though and was always neat and tidy the few times I was there. It wasn’t personally my best experience but I’m sure lots of other people would enjoy it there.

First time here-Thanks beautiful Mel who gave me a last minute appointment and very skilful Millie gave me an absolute hair makeover- very flattering colours and styling- I just love it and I will definitely be back. Other patrons in there had equally great things done to their tresses while I was there. Highly recommend Millie and this salon

Thoroughly disappointed with my hair and the service. I went in with high expectations as their Instagram portrayed professional quality. I booked a full head of foils, toner, cut and blow dry and left the salon exactly how I entered, dark roots and dull hair, minus an inch of hair. I called the salon 4 times, no answer each time and on different days, leaving voicemails each time I called about my hair. Really unfortunate as I was looking forward to having my hair done at Zumay.

The stylists seem to be hesitant to work on dark hair for a light colour result as she mentioned she will need more time. I let her do a touch up on the roots and I agreed to make an appointment later for her to have enough time to give me the colour I wanted. I made an appointment a few months later, the appointment also got messed up, I explicitly mentioned I’ll need more time for the appointment and the lady on the phone seemed to comprehend what I’m saying, but when I arrived at my appointment it was set for a different treatment which takes lesser time and therefore I was denied the colour I wanted again. Wasted my time and honestly pissed me off. The styling for the hair like Hollywood waves and bridal is still very amateur but if you’re looking to get your hair done just for formality sake then this place will do. I wouldn’t go here for hair transformation.Pros: they have great coffee.

I felt so pampered in the salon today. I walked in my hair a mess, ruined by a bad cut elsewhere a few months ago. I left a few beautiful hours later looking and feeling a million dollars. I've had so many compliments ☺ highly recommend ☺

Worst hair experience of my entire life.Upon entry, I was perplexed by its beauty. The staff were friendly, engaging and very inviting.I entered the Salon for a Men's fade and a trim off the top - not usually a big deal.First of all, the hairdresser blatantly refused to cut my hair the way that I wanted, considering it was quite simple a 0 cut faded into a 1 then into a 2. The blend was heavily inexperienced, I politely asked if this could be fixed and to only the hairdresser's satisfaction, it was. I have been left with a step like effect on the sides of my head.Throughout the experience, the hairdresser was constantly throwing my own cut off hair back onto me, which was not only irritating but very concerning - should I really be trusting this woman with my luscious locks?Regardless of this experience, I had obviously had enough of the issues with my hair, already settling that I was going to travel two hours to visit my usual hair dresser to fix these mistakes.I went up to pay and they EXPECTED that I pay $57.00 for this shonky job. I could NOT believe it. Surely this woman was an apprentice and in a rush wanting to go have a few after work bevs with some friends.I strongly dispute the cost of this service".Unfortunately
