Visited them for the first time for a tyre diagnostic service and they were quick and effective at resolving the problem. They also had great customer service! I used to get my service at Honda, but after this visit, I will be coming back to them for my regular service instead! One extremely happy customer.

5 stars from me. From start to finish the experience was outstanding. They accommodated seeing me in Christmas when they were fully booked to fix my car puncture and fixed it in no time at all. When I first called to see if they had an appointment they extended themselves to squeeze me in. They also went out of their way to address other concerns I had with my car. I will definitely be taking my car back to this mechanic and highly recommend this business. They are knowledgeable, efficient, polite , friendly and have exemplary customer service. Very unhappy with their service. I believe they are incompetent and dishonest. I took my BMW there and they could not replace the break pads. They made a mistake to use a power tool to take off the lock key and squashed the star shape key. Then they tried week to drill and take the lock key out. After a week they said they need to order a different tool and will be there in 2 weeks but after more than a month they did not let me know even!

We had a nail in one of our tyres that needed fixing so we drove to mycar tyre and auto without an appointment and the boys did it there and then. Fifteen minutes later it was done and I went to pay but they told me not to worry about it. They did it free of charge!!I will definitely be recommending the friendly team at mycar tyre and auto to my friends and family.Thanks guys

Had my ute serviced here for 2 years every 3 months. Tried a different mechanic and all my oils are old and black. Coolent is week. Moisture in my break lines and rubber boots on my suspension worn to nothing. My car has always had a squeak and they never picked this up. Between me and my partner we have 2 work cars and 2 personal cars these guys serviced. My partners 2 cars all have the same issues with oils and moistures in the fluids. These guys clearly don't supply the service, but I did have to use a tow truck a few times throughout my time with this company... If you use these guys I would get a second opinion. All up me and the Mrs are out of pocket nearly 10k over our vehicles due to poor service and maintenance to get all the fluids flushed and suspension replaced.Don't waste your money here. You have been warned

Matt at reception was unassuming and looked over my car for a second opinion. I'd been quoted $4k at another dealership for worn brakes and new fan belt. Matt was shocked when he explained to me that my brakes were almost brand new and the fan belt didn't need changing at all. I liked his easy going personality, along with the shared shock we had at another dealership lying to make money. Thank you so much Matt and Team

My wife took her Nissan for an 'Essential Service' with mycar Bullcreek yesterday. It clearly states 'Windscreen Washer Additive' under the list of inclusions, but alas, the windscreen reservoir is bone dry! Yes, it may be minor but demonstrates a lack of attention to detail. I can only hope the rest of the work stated was carried out...

I would not be taking my car back there. Disappointed with the service, no proper explanation. Had to go seek advice from another mechanic. Convenient as the place is so close but I rather good service than convenience. I feel they take too many bookings and rush with the service. Thank you.

Got in for brake check, they fit the car in for a service quickly and easily. The staff were efficient, polite and professional. Very affordable and accommodating. Not only did they do as requested, they kindly went above and beyond and fixed a large dent in the front of the car. Can not rate highly enough.
