Cameron was amazing, I’ve been suffering from severe headaches and neck tension, he talked me through what he was going to do and focus on. He truely worked some magic as I felt so much better when I left and even the next day. Cameron went over time to make sure I felt amazing, even spent time to show me how to stretch and correct my posture to help my tension issues. I will definitely go back and recommend Cameron.

I’ve had some back and shoulder pain from working out (Gym) again after a long break.As soon as my friend recommended me Cam I reached out to him and got a booking on the same day.The consultation beforehand was very professional - gave me the feeling of being in good hands.The massage was exceptionally good! Throughout the massage Cam told me more about specific techniques he was using to release or relax muscle groups, which was new to me - usually I get only asked whether the pressure is good. I felt an instant relaxation after the massage, which Cam made me realise after doing some certain movements.After the massage he also gave me a few tips on how to release and relax some muscles groups, which are getting tense throughout a workday at my desk ( I’m a graphic designer )I’d highly recommend this experience and I’ll be back very soon.Thanks cam!
