My id has been stolen and I found idcare staff and case manager very helpful and supportive. Very comforting to know that there are people ready to help. As it can be very difficult thing to deal with.

Hello????? Do you guys really exist on this planet. I have been trying to reach them from more than a day and have no sla. Phone calls always goes to voice recorder and never responds to emails. I think this department doesnt exist anymore in Australia.

Kathy from IDCARE assisted us when our Instagram account was hacked to recover the account. She was very responsive, positive and compassionate. She guided us through the process and our account was restored within days. Absolutely disgusting!What an absolute rubbish organisation / charity / whatever they claim to be. The case manager seemed totally uninterested in the relevant details and seemed to be making excuses for the person who used my identity. And then proceeded to make me the victim feel the like I was the one that was doing something wrong!!!!!!!!!
