Great customer service and showroom. The workmanship however leaves alot to be desired. I tried to complain about the grouting on my tiles showing mould in my newly fitted bathroom and was told by Chris keep water off them". Seriously I should charge them for the repairs and the refit of the new bathroom I'm having re-fitted. And that is after I tried to keep the new bathroom "local". Never again....."

Great customer service very helpful with tile selection will defiantly recommended them for anyone that needs bathroom reno and tiles.Tiler did an excellent job on our main floor, 2x bathrooms and alfresco.Communication was excellent will defiantly go through them again very happy.Newly renovated showroom beautifully shows all the selections you can choose from.

If I could give no stars, I would!I do not recommend this company for any of your tiling services, whether minor or major. I also don't recommend you use this company if you are building with First Style. The delays they have caused throughout this build has pushed the build longer than 2 months because of their faults, damages, unprofessional processes.

After getting virtually no service at another tile store nearby, we got amazing service from Melissa! She spent about half an hour going through different options for our new kitchen for tiles in our kitchen then set up the options for us to call in with the amount required even though it was her day off the next day.

In my search for home tiles I visited 5-6 stores and must admit this is the best tile store in the area in terms of the variety of tiles, their presentation display and the quality of tiles.It could be your one stop shop as it has composite flooring and timber flooring and bathroom showers and tiles and I could go on and on.The staff was extremely helpful as well. I went there to get an anti slip compound for tiles and they assisted me with all my queries and also called the manufacturer to answer my questions and also gave me a print out for the instructions to apply the compound. Must visit.
