HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I have been a regular client of Chantelle since she first opened back in Feb 2016. From then I have moved to Melbourne and still always made sure to make an appointment at Miss Soho on every home visit. Chantelle is so knowledgeable in what she does and always makes the time and effort to go into the outmost detail in every procedure. She always goes above and beyond and ensures you're getting the right treatment to suit your skin, whilst always considering the most affordable option. Her team she's built are so beautiful and have the biggest drive and passion for skincare.I wouldn't see myself going anywhere else!!

The ladies were so accommodating and helpful. I was travelling from Adelaide to Wollongong for my brother's wedding and couldn't get a tan back home due to the 16 hour drive, It wouldn't have lasted. The girls made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The tan is still going strong almost a week later! Will definitely use their services again if ever back over in NSW.

I have gone to Chantelle for years now, she is a fantastic beautician and knows her stuff. She has mastered her trade and is a pleasure to deal with, whilst waxing is far from painless, she makes it as painless as possible. She has a great range of knowledge and shapes eyebrows beautifully.

The girls are very skilled but very disorganized. I used to go here and stopped due to them running late or changing appointments at last minute. Today I thought after about year I’ll go back as they really do do a good job once you get into treatment room. Unfortunately I arrived to my appointment being moved without any communication even though the day before I got the text to Confirm my actual time. On the morning off I did get another notification to say one of my appointments was confirmed for 10-30. I had two appointments one for 10am and one for 10-30am. The girl at desk when I arrived at 10am said they changed my appointments starting later. She also said I got a personal message to notify of the change which I didn’t get. Only ten auto culled put type. When there is a change pick up the phone and call or text personally, we’ll in advance . I did not get my treatment today as I actually couldn’t wait the extra half hour and that’s only if the therapist arrived on time for the new time, I had lost confidence and I’m seriously disappointed. Unfortunately girls at Miss soho it doesn’t matter how nice you are or how good you are at your profession the No 1 priority always customer service. Please consider that people make appointments well in advance for a reason. You can not just click them around as we also have busy home with children etc and we also have jobs and careers. If you absolutely have yo change an appointment you have to pick up the phone and talk to us.

Chantelle & the girls at Miss Soho Beauty are incredible! They all make you feel super relaxed from the moment you step foot into the clinic. I have been going since they opened 7 years ago & I couldn’t see myself going anywhere else. Chantelle and her staff are so knowledgable & passionate about skin care and their treatments are amazing. Highly recommend!
