Tasty and no fuss. The smell of fresh bread and croissants would easily guide you into the shop with your eyes closed. Do try the ham and cheese croissant. Well done guys!!

This place is amazing, have been spoilt for bakery's having lived in inner city Melbourne for years.. Blanc is up there with the best, reasonably priced, good coffee, always smiling! Get yourself a slice of pizza if its not sold out, great car snack

Dangerously delicious! Everything I’ve tried is fantastic. In particular the ham and cheese croissant; real ham off the bone and a cheese sauce rather than melted cheese off the block. Coffee is great too, although I wish they had a bigger size. Price is justified as they use quality ingredients and they’re a little local business. Absolutely love this little bakery!

Tried the crossaints a while ago and very impressed with their decadence, richness and crunch. Have now tried their hot cross buns and they are beautifully balanced with flavours and super soft doughy bread! Also indulged with white sourdough and probably the best sourdough I've ever had!

OMG, just amazing.We got there at 11:30am, lucky a small additional batch of almond croissant and plain croissant were made.Just pure heaven. So decadent.Also got a white sourdough, best sourdough bread I've had, hard and crunchy outside and soft not chewy in the middle.I also wanted to get all the other sweet pastries and fruit loaf but were sold out

Coffee was lovely, although I didn't drink it very critically. Just drank and enjoyed, which is probably a good sign!I ate the pastry critically.... It was perfect! Pastry was really fresh, and I thought the balance of pastry to almond filling was just right. Not enough filling and you may as well eat a plain croissant. Too much and it is sweet and yummy, but there's no pastry to enjoy. This was the perfect balance.Compliments to James, from and avid almond croissant fan.And compliments to the best barista you'll find in Berwick.

Incredible quality products made with skill. We visit frequently. You need to get there early most days as they sell out almost every day. The foccasia is fantastic, amazing pana choc, and the most delicious bagels you've ever had. It isn't a huge selection but what they have is yum. It is also on the higher end of the pricing scale, but that is due to the skilled bakers and quality ingredients. I would really love to see some cheaper/smaller options for kids, though.

Been here twice in 2 days. So glad I found this place! Coffee is excellent and so far we've tried the choc croissant, pistachio and choc pastry and the Vegemite escargot. All were awesome. I didn't take any pics because I was too busy wolfing everything down with glee.
