Friendly, professional, and helpful staff. The salesman was able to quickly work out the size system that we needed to suit the house, and create a layout to maximize the efficiency of the system. The installation team were great, it took them no time at all to fit the entire ducted system, and get it set up for use.

Great company for installation and maintenance. Service Engineer offers to remove shoes when entering house and checks he has permission to enter all rooms. Very professional and highly recommended.

Ryan at Climat Air was very patient with my many, many questions. And answered emails promptly. He didn't always call back because it was peak sales time, before summer. But he always emailed back. And they arranged some extra brick, paint work we needed done for a great price. All of those contractors were friendly and competent. The air cond installers worked hard all day, as it was a big job, friendly, capable. Bring drop sheets next time for all rooms would be my only advice. I've waited many years for air cond..so was very glad it went well..

Climat changed over our old ducted heating and installed a new Rinnai system. Everybody at Climat was a pleasure to deal with. The installers turned up on time, did a great job and left our house clean and tidy. We are very happy with the results and would have no hesitation in dealing with them again and thoroughly recommend them to others. Well done to Paul and his team !

Great experience with this business. Happy to recommend as they have now installed 2 separate systems for us. One fully ducted reverse cycle, the other for another building (split system unit).
