I rang to ask if anyone could help with a globe replacement. I spoke to a man called Russell, they were very busy but he was able to get the globe changed. We had driven in the dark to the hospital to drop my husband off for a procedure, with oncoming traffic and our lights not functioning properly it had been a pretty awful trip. I can understand why they are so busy, their customer service is fantastic. Many, many thanks Russell for your help.
