Had them do the valuation for my 2 bed 2 bath 1 car space apartment in Southbank . Way below 600k, now I have to seek another company to do it again. What a ripoff! I should have checked the review first . Don't go to them.

I Would definitely give negative star if there was a option there. Very bad quality assurance , unprofessional property valuer. Recommended by REIV， valued two properties for me last year and this year. With same GLAR and next two each other, the rent is about 10% in difference. NOT provided any written explanation even though being requested formal in writing.Very bad service, your nightmare begins once you chose FVG. Good luck to his business!!!

Don't recommend them at all. They valued a property for me lower than the actual value and other valuers.Was recommended by my bank and I paid for it, yet not valued properly even after provided more details of the sold properties in the area.
