Great experience shopping at Mecca. Always with excellent customer service, unlike Sephora staff. They always help me pick the products suitable for me. Staff at the cashier are also very friendly. Mecca will always be my go-to for my beauty products.

Elsa is so kind and give me good advice. She recommended a foundation that matched my face tone. And I was able to purchase shading and highlights perfectly.She’s lovey lady!!

Great range of skincare products and other related items. Mecca brand cosmetics are very affordable. Good customer service but sometimes there’s a long wait to find a store assistant. Like the fact that there is a list at entrance for assistance. Free samples and try before buy.

Awful customer service. Came into the store during the morning as I get overwhelmed with large crowds. Hence, the store was practically empty, was not greeted by any employees. Considering Mecca is a highly regarded makeup store across Australia, I would expect the employees this morning to do below the bare minimum. The dismissive tone continued as I browsed products all while they congregated in the corner gossiping. The part I was most frustrated with was when I was selecting the products I wanted to purchase I was informed that I was leaving the drawers (where they kept the stock behind the testers) open for too long, and I need to “make decisions before I open them”. 1) How am I supposed to choose my shape in 0.1 seconds. 2) I need to check the shade to ensure I’m buying what I desire.How are you telling me to essentially ‘hurry up’ when you haven’t acknowledged my presence once. Employees need to be trained again from square one.

The staff were so lovely especially Alex so so helpful and made us not only feel like valued customers but like we were chatting to a friend xx

Absolutely amazing the staff were so helpful and kind. The products here were so good and. The staff were super welcoming. They don’t have security guard which makes it feel less intimidating. Everything about this store is amazing. All the products are so over priced but it’s not there fault. Love this place

The store assistants are professional and helpful. Wish there’s more perfume range that’s ok maybe in the future that would be a thing. I prefer to go the Melbourne Central location as opposed to the other one. As they aren’t as friendly.

I went in to mecca to get a sample of foundation i was wanting to try the girl that helped me with my match was so lovely i didn’t get her name but she had a red butterfly tattoo behind her ear. she matched my shade perfectly and i’ll definitely be back to buy the full size. amazing store and some of the most friendly staff it was a great experience

Yesterday I was looking for Nars foundation with my friend at Mecca Maxima Melbourne Central but we were not so sure about the colour so I asked the lady in the front entrance if anyone could help us.I’m so glad that we were served by Ellie. She took time and effort to get the right shade. She’s super friendly, patient and the most important is I feel that she is “Care”. I will go back and buy Nars foundation because of Ellie’s service 100%.I really want to say thank you to Ellie from the bottom of my heart.
