I had an extremely disappointing experience with Capti. Despite taking a day off for the scheduled installation, no technician showed up, and there was zero communication about any changes. I contacted their customer support multiple times, with no response. When they did finally get in touch, it was to propose a reschedule two weeks later. This leaves me without internet service, greatly affecting both my work and personal life.When I expressed my concerns, they assured me a callback that never came. Furthermore, knowing that their technician is servicing other units today, it seems logical that my installation could be expedited. However, no such offer has been made.This entire ordeal has demonstrated a lack of planning, communication, and respect for the customer's time on Capti's part. I hope this isn't reflective of their standard service. I await an immediate resolution to this issue.

Internet speeds are blazing fast, I have absolutely no regrets. Great for streaming simultaneously on multiple devices, gaming with zero lag, and pretty much anything else you need. The prices are incredibly competitive (e.g. cheaper than competition while 4x as fast).The only thing the internet speed can't compete is their service. I asked for an installation, and they did it on the same day. I had a problem with the router, and they fixed it within hours.100% recommended. Best internet service provider in Brisbane.

Definitely a better upgrade so far. Recently transferred from Optus 1mbps (supposed to be unlimited speed according to thier site for 5G Home Internet with min50mbps) speed to Capti's ~500mpbs. It felt like I have moved from regional to city finally. Josh and Todd were there throughout the process and make sure it was delivered on time with quality.

Capti recently came into our building offering plans that beat out every other provider around us. Their pricing is fantastic, their speeds are lightning fast and since moving to them I have had no drops in connection compared to at least 1 a day with my previous provider.

These guys have been great! Have used this since Dec 2021.Great service all round. Quick to arrange an install, which went flawlessly. Up and down speeds have been exactly as advertised (100mps), even during peak. Haven't noticed any dropouts. Hopefully this remains the same as users increase. Pricing is unbeatable.
