I have been training with Josie Lock every week now for two years. I have a rare muscle disease where I have lost strength in my upper legs and core muscles. I found Healthy Habits via google initially and the business was at my local gym. On first meeting Josie we discussed the disease and what she could do to help me maintain and improve my strength. Josie then did some research into the disease to see how to best help me. Since then, we have been working on a series of exercises and over time I have improved which helps in my daily life. Josie is fully qualified as an exercise physiologist and is a really nice person to work with. We have become friends and always have a laugh. I highly recommend her and wish her all the best for her business and career.

I've been training with Josie since November 2021, and haven't looked back since. Her approach to personal training is realistic and achievable. Josie always makes sure to explain the reason of an exercise and how it benefits the body. This makes her training very effective because it gave me alot of intrinsic value than getting fit for the sake of losing weight. Her humour is always a plus. Amazing trainer.

Josie Lock of Healthy Habits Exercise Physiology and Personal Training is the perfect fit for anyone who is serious about staying active and wanting to participate and enjoy a raft of physical pursuits.Following an initial assessment Josie devised a range of gym-based exercises to provide me with 'strength for life' and help me improve my performance on the tennis court.After only five sessions I am already feeling and seeing the benefits.Watch out my opponents in the Adelaide Masters Games later this year!
