Your Staff are always lovely, however It’s a bit disappointing to see Coles have removed almost all checkouts and replaced them with self-serve.Corporate giant again, favouring profits over jobs.

Always out of stock on basic items like nappies and coffee beans, frozen section empty, consistently forget stuff in our click and collect.. produce isn't always as fresh as other stores, hot porks always missing half the crackle or are tiny..Today we couldn't purchasehuggies nappies,lactose free milk, the eggs we normally get, coles coffee beans or orange juice !! Yet other stores full of stock... won't be shopping here from now on unless I have to...

The older lady that works in self service has the worst attitude. Several times I’ve been and had her speak to me rudely, she shouldn’t be in customer service, it makes you want to avoid Coles all together.

Please teach your staff proper etiquette when it comes to serving the people who are next in line!Nothing more annoying than standing in line for ages, finally being the next to be served, then having someone who only just joined the line be invited to be served on another register!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear management, if you are going to open at 9am on a Sunday it would be nice if your roster reflected that. You had one checkout open and the self serve was closed. A roster thing, according to the lone check out staff member. Had about 6 doing others online shopping, but no self service? You might consider removing your rubbish customer to staff ratio rostering system and let the store managers work it out.

Great experience. Shelves full and easy to navigate. Lots of specials on offer. Service prompt & with a smile!

Mixed results. Most of the time I go there its fine. And the one time I had to get an item replaced they didn't make it difficult.However today was rather disappointing. (06/06/2023)I was just coming to grab some mince and a jar of sauce to make spaghetti bog for dinner, not things I normally buy so I wasn't to sure where to get them. It also wasn't my regular shop so not entirely use to the lay out.I tried finding someone to ask but ended up having to interrupt a checkout lady and other shoppers to ask where the mince was. I got that and managed to find a staff member to point me in the direction of sauce jars.However when I got their it was the wrong isle. I tried checking the isles either side but it wasn't there, and there were no staff to ask. I ended up asking some older ladies for help, and I was lucky enough to get them to show me where it was.I finally finished paying, chucking my items back in the basket and went to go when the staff member at self checkout stopped me and said I couldn't take the basket out. I explained I was just using it to carry the items out to my car but she insisted it was store policy. Fine. I began taking everything Id stacked back in after paying, back out. She didn't leave me, staying right behind me in my space and just making me uncomfortable. I don't know if she thought I was going to steal the basket or something, but it wasn't a fun experience.

The lovely young chap with the fashionable Aussie mullet in veggies is always very friendly. He has helped me many times and always goes out of his way. Great young man! Thanks Lachlan
