Difficult to access. Looks like a front entrance bit no they are all closed you have to go inside and a narrow entrance.Usual range of products but tends to be a bit messy especially in the clearance section.Hard to find any staff to answer enquiries.Only one person on the checkouts but lucky NO self service booths.Suggest you visit the remodeled Nambucca Plaza store when it reopens April/May 2019. Hope the new store isn't messy like Toormina as the bold one worked fine.

Called on the phone looking for a specific product, call was answered very quickly, staff member knew what I was looking for and advised they did not stock it but very quickly suggested an alternative which I was more than happy with and offered to put one aside for me. Great service.
