Went to enquire here. Rip off when you leave or die they take 37% of the selling price even though you have been paying weekly costs.

I went to view property in this Retirement Village. Karen the Sales Consultant there was extremely helpful, the units were beautiful, the gardens well maintained and the Community Centre had lots of activities. I would definitely recommend it for Village living.
