We had a fantastic experience dealing with Brodie for the purchase of our Porsche Macan GTS. The Customer experience was second to none the team including Ziad & Gino from a finance perspective where extremely helpful, knowledgeable and authentic and most of all a pleasure to deal with. My wife and felt that Brodie and the team had our best interest in mind and gave excellent advice around our purchase and additional extras as well as our finance options. The whole experience from the day we walked into the showroom and met with Brodie until the car delivery and beyond into after sales support and check-ins has been superb. I have been a porsche owner for 15 years, I am very disappointed for the service at Porsche center, there is nothing wrong with service staff, they are very friendly. Problem is every time they fix a problem, will have another problem, every parts has to order from Melbourne or Germany and you have to pay first, and if you wish a loan car will be 2 months' wait. Last year I serviced my car at Porsche, only 1 week, it shows PASM I came back twice, every time they said fix and this warning light shows again. I made another booking when I came back from overseas, have to wait 1 month to come to have a check, one day when I drove it showed donot move on, coolant problem, had to drive to Porsche center to fix, sorry, no parts, have to wait 1 week from Melbourn. They cant fix PASM issue until coolant problem fixed, after coolant problem fixed, they told me PASM problem cost 7k, pls pay 5k first, coolant cost is 1.6k, no parts, pls wait 10days, can still possible to drive. Tonight, i try to restart the engine, it took long long time to get started and whole car is fulled of bad smell, not sure engine or petrol oil. Every time service cost me lots of time, lots of money, go to Porsche center again and again, very frustrated, which make me after this car finishes, will not buy porsche anymore. If you have any problem for your car, will be at least 1 month they have time to check, always no parts, even tyre, loan car is at least 6 week's wait, every time I go to Porsche center is full of cars to be services, can not believe why such a good profit company not employ more staff and provide more loan cars, if I have only one car, how can I wait 1 month for you to check, really ridiculous

Bought a used Porsche Macan online and got it transferred interstate. All the dealings were ok till transporting the car. Tried to call the salesperson back for a couple of questions after sale and no response with no call back either!! Very disappointed with the sales team! No after sales support! And moreover he knows that given that I am interstate, I am not going to rock up there, so conveniently easy to ignore the calls and don't bother! Shame on the dealership to be a part of Porsche! This attitude is like a third party dealer!

Gino, Ziad and Brodi all made our experience a great one. We will certainly be back here ordering another car very soon after such a great experience. 5 stars for pre and post sale service!
