I had a horrible experience here today. The nurse Courtney took my blood and right after advised she would be going home without spinning my blood and the result might be wrong and I may need to give blood test again. When I asked why I wasn't advised before the blood was taken and that I could have gone elsewhere she advised she is happy for me to take it with me as she is going home and won't do anything about it. This result is very important to me as I have kidney issue and had kidney cancer before and now I had to drop the sample by myself at the other pathology. Her nature was rude and very unprofessional.

I had blood taken here recently and the two staff members were so helpful and kind. They made the whole procedure really quick and calming. :)

Me and my 5 yr old went in today to get a blood test done. The young nurse with dark hair and her side burns shave wasn’t so friendly doing my little ones blood test didn’t explain anything to her didn’t try make her feel comfortable before doing the test so now I have to try somewhere else was a pretty traumatic experience for my young child.
