I would like to thank Kel-Leigh Couture for ordering in and making my beautiful wedding dress for in December 2021. I was impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail and different dress options when trying on my dress. My dress came earlier then expected and the store allowed me to try on a couple of times to ensure everything fit before the big day. Thank you again!

I cannot thank Hayleigh, Kel and Sharon enough. The three of them work as a professional and personable team. They made the entire experience of purchasing a dress and subsequent fittings a dream. The dress was breathtaking, fit like a dream and was the topic of most conversation at my wedding. As was the stunning veil. They also recommended a local dry cleaner who completed a thorough job on the dress.

Kel-Leigh was an absolute life saver during my alteration experience! I was so thankful they were able to fit in my appointment on short notice which was out of my control. She listened and was so understanding to my very bad experience buying my wedding dress from a different company. She even finished my dress earlier than expected and went the extra mile to take care of me. Will greatly recommend Kel-Leigh to anyone looking for a fantastic seamstress!

Buyer BEWARE. Prompt service to purchase. However, poor communication. My dress was ordered based on measurements requested. These were provided by another bridesmaid as I was in another country. Apparently there are terms and conditions which I was not made aware of prior to receiving the dress saying no exchanges after the dress has left the shop. I was told by my sister (Bride) who was told by the other bridesmaid that I was between sizes and the larger size was ordered. However, no one could tell me what size that was until the dress had been posted. By then it was too late. A 12 was sent which both my sister and I knew would be too large as she had worn a similar style by the same designer previously and I’m usually an 8. I was still overseas and contacted the company upon return to see if an exchange would be possible. Told no. All dresses need modifying anyway. Was forced to buy a 10 which was marginally too big, but fixed with extra bra padding, as assisting would be more expensive than buying another dress. This could have been avoided if the shop owner consulted me about which size I wanted her to order. Additionally, I should have been told of any terms and conditions as I would have ordered through another company closer to my home and picked up when I returned to the country. Also, the owner would not allow the other bridesmaid to collect from her store, but insisted on posting and charging extra to actually do the postal drop. Owner will not take any responsibility saying it’s not her fault my measurements indicated a 12. But understanding cut and my own body makes me a better judge of the size that would fit. The 12 was inches too big in places. I’m also currently breastfeeding…so time off day affects bust size. Even so, a 10 was more than generous which I knew it would be as I’m usually an 8, someone 6 or 10. Just be very careful as the store is interested in making money, but not customer service. Wasn’t even interested in my suggestion about changing their process to ensure everyone was given terms and conditions via email and that sizes be confirmed with the customer before ordering. Overall disappointing as it was already more than I could afford. She did see if the designer would allow a direct exchange… but they told me it would need to be done through her and this shop owner was unwilling to help further saying she’d done all she could. (Except exchanging or refunding!). So I have a dress in perfect condition I can’t wear.

I can't recommend Kel-Leigh Couture enough! Everyone at the store is so lovely and always made me feel at home! I could have bought my dress from a boutique much closer to home but decided that the drive from Sydney was worth it for the lovely people at Kel-Leigh Couture. I had my dress for years before my wedding due to Covid and they were happy for me to visit just to just try on. The layby option made it easy to get my dream dress!Kel even packed my dress into a carry-on suitcase as we got married overseas - this was definitely above and beyond and greatly appreciated!!

Definitely recommended, if I could give more stars I would! I found the dress of my dreams, the owner is really lovely, she helped me out, gave me suggestions and she has been very patient while I was trying a few dresses on, as I didn't really know what I was looking for. It was my first time trying wedding dresses and I could have not wished for a better experience. Thank you!

I just recently put my bridal shoes on lay-by after falling in love with a pair of Kel-Leigh Couture shoes at a friends wedding a while ago. I cannot fault the beautiful and friendly service I received. The second pair of shoes I tried on were the ones and their amazing hand made and in store designs are simply stunning. Thank you so much for your wonderful service and making the experience welcoming and warm.
