JR Easy Traveller Horse Floats & Repairs

I recently received my new JR Easy Traveller longreach float. I found the service excellent, from the first discussions on price and specifications and regular updates throughout the manufacturing process, including photos. I’ve owned a second hand JR horse float before, so I know they product is great.

I would never own another brand of horse float. They are quality Australian made floats by a lovely family run business. I love these floats and so do my horses!!

I absolutely love my JR Easy Traveller Condamine and so do my horses! It is actually my second Condamine. I purchased one 10 years ago and only recently upgraded to another to add more exciting features that Matt and the team have to offer to customise it for mine and my horses needs , whether I am out competing or on the trail.Dealing with JR was a pleasure and nothing was too much trouble.The quality and workmanship of JR Easy Traveller floats is second to none and I feel comfort knowing my horses are travelling comfortably and safely in a well designed and manufactured Australian Made Float.As I am in Victoria and JR are in Queensland, I am happy to talk more and show you my float if anyone would like to see one in the flesh.Its also important to note that these floats are not only for scramblers, the system is designed with all horses in mind who that deserve to travel relaxed, in comfort and arrive to your destination as fresh as when they left home, whether it be 10 minutes down the road or two hours.I'll never travel my horses in anything but a JR.

The people at JR are fantastic to deal with, getting back to me promptly with answers to my many questions and definately accommodating to my many mind changes. The quality, build and attention to detail is great, and knowing my money is going to a local Australian company is awesome.I have wanted a JR for about 15 yrs now and glad I bit the bullet. Yes they are on the more expensive side, but after seeing a 17 yr old Longreach at a local show, in good condition for its age, sold me that quality will last years, and ultimately, cheaper in the long run. Would not hesitate to recommend them to other people and happy to show the float to potential buyers in the future.

Matt and the team offer an amazing after-build service. Their care and attention to every detail has been wonderful. Very caring of us out of town customers with facilities and every effort made.

I didn't choose the best time to decide I needed a new float, with high demand and a long wait list, interuptions to supply and production due to Covid, a well needed break for staff over xmas/new year and then recent flooding in SE QLD. But after a patient and sometimes frustrating wait I have my new JR Easy Traveller Winton, and I'm very happy with my float and the quality of workmanship. Thanks Matt and Hayley for the great after sale service and the goodie bag. Hubby has booked the car in for airbag & suspension upgrade.

Ordered a Condamine float and paid a deposit in May, paid a further stage payment in August. Received an email yesterday advising that the company has closed up shop.Many others in the same boat, down tens of thousands.Our float not even started.Added 7:14pm in response;You invoiced us for a $16,000 stage payment mid July and have not even started our float. Unbelievably dishonest and incredibly un-Christian.In your own words we 'can either work with you or against you' and if we didn't we 'won't get anything'. Also that returning our money was 'impossible'.

One email stating they were closing down, nothing since, communication very poor. Website and Facebook still open and post saying they were shutting has been removed. Months later still have not received refund of deposit paid.

Easy Traveller have moved their operations and are seek daily to improve the business, the team is invested in having the best operations possible and it was a pleasure to be there.
