Great little spit but can get a bit busy at time!

Appalling - I can't think of another word to describe the representative of the pool. My wife lost her sunglasses and did what normal people do, contact the only place she had been, the pool. Rather than a polite 'No we don't have your sunglasses' the rep asked for a description and then LIED about them being handed in. When my wife went to pick them up, different members of staff were confused as they weren't in the lost and found and no notes were left. Following up today she was told the rep was being sarcastic aka lied.Cheers for the wasted trip, wasted staff time, extra chance my wife catches Covid. Appalling.

Pros: The toddler pool is great and my little one also enjoyed playing on the splash padCons: there needs to be at least one more sunshade over the grass. All the parents had to squash in so that we could have a shady spot for our kids (inner west council could you perhaps looks into this?). Also the staff at desk are really unfriendly. Each time I have been, no one greets you hello and no one says goodbye. They are always looking at their computer. Even when I say hello and goodbye first they never reply back. They also don’t answer the phone. I tried calling once and after 20 minutes I gave up.Overall I will continue to come to the pool

Always a good experience with this pool and the cafe enclosed, it would be great to have the pool opened all the year round. Very nice staff - I'd love to say a special thank you to @Karen who kindly assisted me with a refund when I have been accidentally charged more for a special offer.

Beautiful outdoor pool with picnic facilities, grass, cafe and toddler pool and splash pad. I really value an outdoor pool in summer compared to a chlorine-scented, indoor spot.There are 6 large shade sails and tree coverage. Yes, there is some grass that's sunny, but to be honest, if you've been in the pool for two hours, it's cold when you come out and you want to sit in the sun!The hours are great and it's right next to a park.Skip the cafe if you can. They're really grumpy and are just churning out ice blocks to a captive audience. We time our visits so we can go to the Pig & Pastry just next to the park.Small shop of essentials behind reception.

Such a fantastic facility. I take my young daughter here and the children’s water play section is great, along with the toddler pool. Plus there is lots of space and shade and really friendly staff

Nice centre. Nice heated pool so shareable at the 6.30am starts. Small. But not overly busy.

Nice pool, but the staff really need some customer service training. It was my first time to this pool, and because of Covid/lockdowns etc, I wanted to contact them before I went there with my kids. I tried calling 3 times, but no answer. When I arrived i heard the phone ringing in the background, even though there were 2 staff members there, neither bothered to answer. The old bloke behind the counter just glared at me when I went to the counter, no smile or anything. On the way out, no thank you or even acknowledgement from the young lady. Disappointing service, but the pool and facilities are good

Lifeguards targeted my Indigenous son and daughter the entire time, including their cousin (to which I had to obtain video evidence). All left visibly distressed. All local community members. The inner west community supposedly strives for inclusiveness due to it’s strong standing community lead initiative of “racism not welcome”. Definitely won’t be returning
