I applied for a job through the website. I never heard back which is fair enough. But they contacted my current employer without my permission and told them I was applying for new jobs... (!?). I was confronted by my PM about it. This company is extremely unprofessional. If you're going to apply here, don't include your current position in the resume I guess

40% of study units still outstanding after a 4 year apprenticeship with no confirmation of plan to make up the backlog, apprentice is used as a qualified tradesperson and expected to train a qualified tradesperson earning almost twice as much. HR department advised. Apprentice Board, South Metro Tafe and Fairwork are all sympathetic but helpless - young people's lives being ruined...
