Here are some of the reasons these guys deserve the one star.- Agency recommended a cleaning service. After I paid the cleaning sevice which they referred me to, the Agency was unhappy with the work and wanted me to pay for more cleaning sevices.- Agency failed to keep original entry report and wanted to charge me for things that were already listed as broken or damaged at the time when I had moved in.- Agency failed to follow up on mould issue from original entry report.- When informed (again) years later that there was a mould problem in the house (specifically mould on curtains) the agency advised that I should fix the curtains myself, ignoring the obvious risk of possible damage to the curtains in the cleaning process.

We're very impressed with the service received from Suraj and the team at Boutique Real Estate. They're very professional yet friendly and within two weeks found us wonderful tenants for our home. Highly recommend the team at Boutique.

Worst agency to rent with, i keep following up my Bond, very demanding to clean their property which we followed it correctly but when you want to get your bond they will hold it for longer and not even care to speed up the process worst worst worst , they will tell you that they will do something but once you ended your contract with them they will not look after you. They will give you hard time getting back your Bond. Ive been calling them for the past 10 days and just told me that they are doing something. They have check the property and saw the nature strip that needs to be clear but did not inform us right away we have to call them in a week then they inform us this problem. We rectify the problem as soon they told us but they will not speed up your Bond process instead they will keep you waiting.
