Usually don't write reviews about service in shops but felt compelled on this occasion. Had absolutely amazing service from Rani today with help to choose a new bag and wallet. Was heaps patient even though I took forever going back and forward between choices, an absolute credit to the company!

I was served today by a lovely girl called Flavia at the Mimco stand she was so patient and helpful. She took the time to assist me even though she was on her own and busy. I would just like to thank her as a tourist it was refreshing to experience such great service.
