They don’t deserve even a single starThey are just money minded. After i got accident i sent my car there to repair but they didn’t repair it properly. They are really careless people.The damaged wheel (after the accident)of my car is still in my car,they changed the another one.for what? How silly people.I talked to manager about it but he said he changed the damaged wheel.After i saw him the proof, he said to talk to insurance company.He even didn’t apologise.He kept my car nearly 50 days and returned just changing the alter tyre.Waste of my time,waste of my money.

Gemini did a great job. Parts had to come from overseas and Gemini kept me updated the whole time. Very proactive and a pleasure to deal with. The car looked great when returned.

The time from booking to repair was quite extensive, but in this post covid world and having a european car, it's not unusual. Initially after dropping off my car there was radio silence on the scheduled pickup date, after a couple of calls to follow up and mentioning the lack of communication however, it was remedied. The rest of my experience was top notch and very happy with the repair job. Highly Recommend

Recently used as part of an insurance claim. The quality of work was excellent although it took more time than advised initially.The staff are very friendly and responsive.

Lacklustre customer service on the teams part. Took my vehicle in for a repair where they told me it'd be done within the week. Arrive, get told it will take 2 with no heads up on the change of time frame. Get promised it will be done within the week regardless. Arrive a week later, work has not started. Rebooked vehicle repair for a month later, promised a week duration for repair but will be informed the following day after check in if there will be delays. No call received the day I was expecting a call, assuming no delays. Call a week later and am informed that there are delays and that staff simply did not call me. Told to expect a call the following day on an update, of which none came. Had to call again to request an update on my vehicle. Disappointed with the communication and time frames given by the company.

Very easy to deal both by phone and in person.Vehicle was finished early and to a high quality.

Very good service despite a small delay in the work being completed due to their backlog. The receptionists were wonderful and kept me informed of progress every few days which was great. The car looks brand new and they even cleaned the car inside and out.

I have taken both of my cars to Gemini Mitchell after an accident though insurance. In both occasions they have gone above and beyond in their customer service. The technician stuff is very knowledgeable and experienced. The front desk stuff are friendly and inviting with great communication and updates on status.
