Polite staffs. Nice view, but nothing special in their foods. I bought barramundi fish, Small piece of fish with lots of chips and and taste less.We could not order in our table, we have to go to the counter to order!

We drove out for 45 mins to try this place on recommendation.Service was lovely.Coffee/tea, cakes and location were definitely the strong points.Lunch was about as average as it gets, and that's what we really came for. It looks like they've had a fairly big price hike recently (see menu pricing below). The salad felt lazy and for a $35 Barramundi I can't say I'd ever come back for it, not even for the old price of $28. It was surprisingly tasteless, needed to salt it extra and the sauce was essential to mask the lacking flavour.Surprised the dish doesn't come with chips.Calamari was also very run of the mill average. If you're happy with average, and paying a higher price for it then you'll be content eating here. The other dishes I saw looked nice, but I won't go out of my way to come back.

Quick friendly service in a great spot to relax. Sailors Basket for One was really nicely done for size, taste and quality.

Just went for drinks after a walk around the lagoon. Service was ok. The outdoor seating is nice!

What a fantastic location. You can sit on the lake, watch all the people and the dogs walking past. Good coffee and quality menu. Wifey and I love riding around the lake and stopping here for brunch.

On a sunny day this is a great spot for a Sunday lunch. Food choices were better than expected for a lakeside seafood restaurant. All tables outside have a view of the lake, and service was good.As well as the fish and chips there were some interesting salads, burgers, souvlaki and grilled salmon and barramundi.Everyone was easily catered - adults young and old, children, and dietary requirements. Serves were big, and good value. When you're done grab takeaway coffee or ice cream and do the walk around the lake, or hire a board and go for a paddle.Lots of free parking attached to the premises, though on busy days this can fill up by 1PM.

Great place to have breakfast on Narabeen lake.Been coming here for years. It's the only restaurant virtually on the waters edge of the whole entire lake.It has the lakeside cycle and walking path beside it.Go for a walk, run or cycle around the lake. Then pop in here afterwards.I believe at the moment it's open weekends only. So check their website. There is also a kayak hire place on the ground floor.

Great location, but the service and food wasn’t up to standards. We waited at least 45 minutes to get our breakfast, people after us came in, ordered, had their food and left, and we were still waiting. When finally we got our food, poached eggs on our plates were over cooked!
