Asked for ultrasound results she never looked at my ultrasound and just read what was put on it told me to leave as there is nothing wrong with me 2 months later and I still have the same pain that hasn’t left since but seems to be getting worse they have zero care and will just send you away after they are finished telling you there is nothing wrong this is dr anoma

I just left an appointment with a lady named Dr Anoma and I've never had a doctor so rude.I was in the room less than 5 minutes, appointment was 3:30 and i was kicked out by 3:36 ! I had a question regarding tests and i was told I was taking up too much time and I was being unfair to other people. She even argued about my blood pressure saying see i told you its not high" (I never mentioned high blood pressure) I was so confused.I knew she never had another appointment until 3:40 because it was sons appointment who was in the room with me.There are a few other great doctors in there but avoid this one if you dare have more than one question."

Staff and doctors are wonderful, always friendly and very helpful.

The receptionist named Donna needs to have a donut and relax cause she’s not god. She’s a disgustingly rude behemoth and is on a massive power trip, I’d say due to the fact that she is quite evidently miserable in her own life so she comes to work and takes it out on patients. Disgusting. The rest of the reception staff aren’t much better.

Really rude staff! The lady at the reception who answered my call yesterday need a really good training in customer service.I will never go back to this medical centre ever again.

Have never really been taken care of here, the last time I went in which was recent it was clear my concerns did not matter. My doctor double booked so she made me feel rushed and like I had to leave when I hadn’t finished asking questions.I’ve since gone to a new doctor in Maryborough and am blown away by the compassion I’ve been missing out on for the past couple years.

A medical centre with extremely rude, aggressive and hostile reception staff. I recorded the calls with reception in-line with the relevant legislation and would suggest people attend another medical centre if they wish to be treated with basic respect and decency. Reception also advised that they don’t accept complaints via email as they believe doing so would constitute giving out personal information. Despite the rest of the professional world using email. So I have had to instead make a complaint here online. Professional businesses use email in a professional capacity and as an essential tool to conduct business and communicate. This medical centre doesn’t adhere to these professional and social norms. The communication has always been poor with this centre. A few months ago, I tested positive for Covid on the morning of the appointment. I appropriately rang the clinic to advise I had tested positive for Covid and would have to reschedule the appointment for that day. I then received a number of harassing phone calls and felt very intimidated by the conduct of reception. I am very concerned about the conduct of reception and the extremely rude treatment they subject people to consistently.

Been going for along time unfortunately the good Dr there has left.Had to see another Dr yesterday and wow amazing as she seemed to be able to confirm my injury by not examining my foot all while looking at her computer. Amazing right !!. Then prescribed me with god knows what and said if it doesn't get better go to the hospital. All done within 4 minutes.WOW.Then had the cheek.of charging me for the pleausre.My tip for you, find another medical centre this one is bad

They need new Receptionists.Been going here for quite a few years has always been bulk billed. Rang up to make appointment, went to said appointment, checked with Receptionists on arrival... left after my appointment only to be contacted about not paying for my appointment as I am no longer being bulk billed. Tell people these things when they make the appointment.Pointless going to an appointment there as all they know how to do is prescribe antibiotics instead of actually trying to help you. Pack of useless doctors :)

Kaz Melrose i appreciate your opinion i actually agree im sure she is the only female doctor at the practice she in my opinion wears inappropriate clothing to work and is more about her looking good than caring for the unwell. She is what you call Mutton dressed as Lamb" but please let me reassure this practise does have caring Drs. I have been going here with my elderley mother
