Pretty shocked by the customer service. Suggestion to the owner would be to get your front of house staff some training in communication skills.

Unprofessional. Worst customer service, do not even bother with this business. One of the old ladies (with dyed black hair, fringe and glasses) is the absolute worst at customer service, grumpy as hell, and is absolutely awful to deal with. An item I put in for dry cleaning went ‘missing’ for over 6 weeks and they still can’t find it, can’t tell me what’s happening with it, won’t give me any details, and I have been in to the store about 5 times with no follow up. Completely frustrating, grumpy rude service, do not waste your time with this terrible business. They have no visible refund policy, won’t tell me the manager /owners details, won’t give my money back, totally unprofessional service. Will be going to the Indooropilly dry cleaners instead.

Gail is a wiz. She did a spectacular job with some rather complicated alternations and I was really impressed by her skills, service, and professionalism. I will turn to her moving forward for all my alternation needs and would highly recommend her to others. Thank you for saving my favourite jeans from a nasty tear and adjusting a very cool pair of overalls to create great fit — fixes others said wouldn’t be doable.

Absolutely appalled by the response of this place. I gave them a leather jacket (that has sentimental value and is worth $200+) 3 months ago for dry cleaning. 2 months later, they gave it back to me with a large rip along the pocket. I followed their process (which took over another month!) only to receive a phone call today saying it's not their fault!? They refused to fix the jacket, refused to offer me compensation and even refused to refund me the dry cleaning cost?! I CANNOT fathom how this company is still in business. Every single person we spoke to at this place was unhelpful and we ended up going around in circles with no outcome. They also REFUSED to give us any manager/owner details as well. What a complete waste of time and money. I will tell everyone I know to stay well clear of this horrendous place.

The worst dry cleaning I have ever seen. 4 jackets came back dirtier than how we put them in. Avoid at all costs. Negative stars should be possible.

Very distressing to leave perfectly unstained custom made drapes for refreshing 17Janaruy with a three week time, to finally collect them 1 April only to find they had been shrunk and stained. Dealing with four women I found only one helpful and in the end she altered the length so they could be rehung. After sending a detailed account of my experience to the Management and requesting a refund of the $347.20 paid I heard nothing.I urge customers to avoid the rudeness and indifference of this business.

Very professional and fast service. I came with a difficult tear in a dress shirt, not an easy job, and the fix was so neatly done you'd never know my shirt was damaged at all! Wouldn't hesitate to reccommend them to anyone.

My experiences with KVDC have always been very good ones. I have dealt often with Gail particularly in relation to repairs and alterations. Gail has always been very professional but friendly. Her repair and alteration work has consistently been of the highest order & she always calls to clarify work or update on progress. They made a big tear in my business pants and refuse any responsibility. No compensation offered and were rude in their reply. Definitely not going back.

This lady (Gail I believe) is so rude.No manners whatsoever- quoted me $39.95 than charge $90.46! When I quested it- she said “that the cost.. you want your suits back?”I would avoid this place..
