Stayed for 6 nights in 3 bedroom superior room with a beautiful picturesque view over the bay and point Cartwright. Beat location with everything at the doorstep. The apartment was clean and modern bathrooms, kitchen. Great balcony with bedroom entrance with own tunnel way I liked that. Pool was awesome at night all lit up in ultra violet blue. The gym had all the equipment to work out and cardio aswell. I’ll definitely return to Landmark.

Great hotel..great location close to beach, shops, and surf club.Large balconies and spacious rooms.Love the roof top units with personal big spas.Highly reccomend to everyone

Wonderful location and amenities. We had a wonderful mountain view from our balcony and even better views from the rooftop! Easy access to the beach and shops/dining in the esplanade. Couldn't ask for a better weekend getaway!

Service was below average. Staff blunt and unhelpful after-hours when their assistance was really needed. Room smelt must and like cat urine, dents and marks on walls. Poorly functioning stove and TV did not work.On the plus side, great location and room size was as advertised.

The location is amazing. Room was a bit small but ok for a short stay. Picking up the keys was easy. Parking easy.

Beautiful apartments in an epic location.Settle here and no need to leave for your holidays.The balcony had a very private feel, didn't seem like other apartments next door. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed.Loads of restaurants, shops and a 7-11 out front.We will happily book in at Landmark again for a family holiday.Kids loved the pool. Gym looked great, just never got in the mood to use it! Nice spa and BBQ's on the roof too. Reception also have beach gear (buckets, umbrellas, balls, body boards etc) for loan which was brilliant.

Stunning location, excellent facilities, amazingly friendly staff and just a wonderful experience all round.We stayed in a rooftop one bedroom apartment - the views were phenomenal and having a private terrace with bbq and spa is absolutely amazing. I'd highly recommend this venue as an accommodation option to anyone looking in Mooloolaba. Very clean, amazing views, friendly service and central to everything for a very reasonable price!

The landmark Hotel has a great location and the superior ocean view room also has a great views , however the room needs some serious updating in its furnishings so whoever owns apartment 789 ,I have some jobs4u. Firstly you can start by shopping for a new bed in the main bedroom it's well past its use by date and inneed of a serious upgrade it's too soft and lumpy and the springs Creak when you move about , while you're at it throw in a couple of new pillows as well because all I could smell was head odour from previous people, changing the pillowcases does not eliminate all the odours and head sweat , coughing, sneezing and saliva that's discharged into the pillows, they need changing . the bathroom in that main bedroom need some grab rails, trying to lift your leg over the high area of the spa bath is a hospital trip waiting to happen, it's dangerous there's nothing to grab onto. thirdly while you're out shopping for a new mattress a new fridge as well for the unit cause the one you got in the kitchen at the moment you should take that back to your chicken coop, I don't know how you got it past the front desk , also be nice to have a comfortable outdoor setting rather than those cheap nasty metal chairs that are useless.oceanFront superior yes , but inferior inside .

Loved this place...first time staying here but not first time in Mooloolaba. Only downside for me was the closeness of the bed to wall and wardrobe but bed itself was really comfortable. I needed walk-in shower and that was provided. Will definitely return and have no qualms in recommending Landmark to both families and couples.
