Belrose Medical Centre
Reception staff are very kind and you never feel rushed. Only a small practice but a beautiful waiting room. The Dr was very close to my appointment time only waited around 5-8 mins. Once in with the Dr he was kind and courteous and quickly gave me somethings to help me. I would go back again. Actually I am going back tomorrow for a skin check and also booked my wife in for a check up. Highly recommend.

Nurse and some if the doctors are lovely however the receptionists have disgusting attitude! Absolutely unprofessional behaviour, one receptionist who called herself a manager cancelled my appointment without letting me know and said she did it because of my review. She had no idea how to handle complaints and told me if I didn’t like it there to go elsewhere. She refused to give me her supervisor/owner contact. Zero interpersonal skills and this lady should be fired on the spot. Not to mention her rudeness on the phone. She doesn’t respect your privacy, also asked me to show her my personal medical history which is none of her business. AVOID!!! How they still operate is beyond me!

Staff were super efficient and very friendly considering the COVID issues we were going through in July 2021(our 4 month lockdown). The second jab was given via drive through in the car park which was very forward thinking of the staff. Greatly appreciate all the staff for their efforts during such a difficult time

My appointment was at opening time 8.30 and the dr walked in late with a tray of cup cakes at 8.50. I find this very unprofessional as most people are in a hurry in the mornings to get to school and work. I was not charged for my appointment which was a nice gesture.

I see either Dr Trinidad or Dr Hoda depending on availability & find both of them so warm, thorough & attentive. I travel from Dee Why to see them because they are the best I have found in my 6 years on northern beaches.

I went to Belrose Medical Centre for my 5yo son to get his Covid vaccination. The reception staff were lovely and engaging which put my son at ease. The nurse who gave him the needle was efficient also just as lovely and child friendly as the reception staff. 5 other young children received their needle before is and there was no screaming from any of them. A great experience for something that could have been a negative one.

Very disappointed in the waiting time for a blood test. Only three people in front of me and took over 50 minutes. I then decided to walk out. The lady in front of me had been waiting over an hour ! So she walked out too. Never experienced such a slow pathology wait time.

we have been regular patients to their centre and have seen most of the doctors there. Everyone, including doctors, nurses, pathologist and receptionists have been very professional, very lovely and helpful. On top of that, their waiting time is the shortest among all the medical centre I have been to. Always punctual. Strongly recommend this practice.

The Medical centre is fantastic. They always are accommodating. The Drs rarely run late (if they do it's less then 5 minutes). I seem to be able to make an appointment all the time and see a Dr at every walk in!
