Emilia was impeccable, she met my needs and made me feel comfortable. Her professionalism is great and she definitely provided for me the best service. The waxing was fantastic, meticulous and gentle, she made sure all the areas were clean and checked many times. She went above and beyond my expectations today, I highly recommend her services.

I have been going to Emily for 15 years and she is professional and always makes me feel comfortable. She knows what she is doing and does her best to make you feel calm, relaxed and meets my expectations to a high level. Highly skilled and I will definitely keep coming back for more facial and waxing. The service area is clean and presentable for all customers. The only disadvantage about this place, is the toilet. However, the overall service is top notch. I highly recommend for anyone who wants a pamper day to come here.

Emilia is absolute gold! She’s extremely qualified and knowledgeable, and really cares about the best outcome for you. Her personality is professional and welcoming. She takes the time to give the best, quality service. Her studio has also been maximised for your comfort - the warmth, the tea / coffee, chocolate (!) and the decorations gives you the feeling like you’re transported to a little oasis above the bustling streets of Ashfield. I definitely recommend coming to Emilia for all things beauty!

Emily is warm and caring and provides amazing customer service. She is highly skilled at her job and knows the industry well. I get my waxing done here regularly and it is painless and so quick. Emily is a wonderful woman who is so fun to chat with and makes you feel so comfortable. I definitely recommend coming to her precious salon. Her prices are so great too for the work she does.

She's just the perfect amount of warmth and hospitality and gives her clients the lovely peace and relaxation of quiet during the treatment. Emily is such a lovely and knowledgeable beauty therapist. I have had the purifying facial, deep cleansing facial and rejuvenating facial. I loved all of them. I went in not knowing which facial I wanted, but after talking to me and examining my skin, she knew which facial I needed. If you are going for the first time, I recommend going in with an open mind and considering her suggestion. The facials never feel rushed. My face feels so calm and I can trust that she will do what is best. Would highly recommend her service!
