Luke from Image Property is an outstanding real estate agent and I highly recommend him. My property was on the market for 3 months without any offers until I made the change over to Luke. Within 30 days and with several offers, my place was sold. He was always in constant communication with me every step of the way and always ensured my needs were met.At the same time that my property was being sold, Image Property also managed my property and tenants. I was blown away with how helpful and knowledgeable both Lucy and Natasha were. They really got me out of a bind and I’ll be forever grateful for the stress and pressure they took off me.

Professional and Excellent Service. My dealings with Jessica and Image Property have been excellent. Jessica is extremely professional and consistently keeps me updated on all things to do with my rental property. I am well informed ahead of time and given various options. A great example is the recent re-letting of my property where Jessica displayed great knowledge of the market and provided evidence and options of whether to continue leasing or selling. Not only did Jessica secure an increased rental outcome, the property was only on the market for 7 days. Excellent results!!

Considerate and responsive. Image Property have been great to rent our new property through. The rental division worked really well with the sales team (who we bought through) to make the process expedited and smooth. They helped with getting the property ready for lease and were great to deal with at every step of the way.

Just everything from moving in, to house maintenance and bills to exiting the property - all amazing! Great experience from start to finish. Troy Urquhart has been excellent the whole way prior and through the on sale process.Initially I spoke to him months ago but wasn't sure I was 100% ready to proceed. We kept in contact and when I was ready he made the process super simple.Initially we went down the off market route but decided to go with the full on-sale process, which ended up being the right choice.He was easy to deal with, always kept me updated following discussions with prospective buyers & especially the open house (only needed to run 1 in the end).I was able to lean on him for his recommendations for valuations, plus his interactions with buyers - as I am interstate.I was able to get above my asking price, so I am happy with the overall process, as well as the price.Would certainly use him again, and feel he is a great agent who looks out for us as the vendor but also did his best to manage the expectations with the current tenant in the lead up to their lease expiry (and the property was sold with a few months left on the tenancy). - To find a happy medium that was a great outcome for everyone is testament to Troy's work & open communication with all parties throughout the whole process.Cheers!

My experience with Image Property Aspley. Recently my property was put on the market for rental purposes. I had the great pleasure of working with Brooke Englehart, my property manager. Brooke kept me informed every step of the way either by phone or email. She evaluated the applications and discussed them in depth with me. She is very professional and although new to the role, I would have no hesitation in recommending her to others. My property was only on the market for just over a week and I'm happy to say, my new tenants will be moving in shortly.
