Flowers In Paradise

I recently was given a beautiful bouquet for my birthday and I have to say I was so impressed with the quality and all in a gorgeous cylinder box - I will definitely have them as my go to florist.

Friendly, fast and the flowers look great! Placed an order with Truedie over the phone; and couldn't believe it when my Mum called just an hour later that flowers had arrived. They look great - thanks!

My order was delivered quickly and ordering was easy but I was really disappointed with the arrangement that was sent out. For $120 it looked cheap and and not very well arranged. I know its tough for small business at the moment so was happy for things to be swapped out as needed but still expected the bouquet to look pretty.

I’ve used Flowers in Paradise 3 times so far & I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’m in San Diego, CA, so I need to know that the flowers & gifts I’m sending to my daughter & grandkids in Ballina (9,000 miles away!) are going to be delivered on time & be of the very best quality. The only time there was a glitch, Treudie & Flowers in Paradise made it right immediately - making me a customer for life! The flowers are gorgeous, the fruit baskets have been beautiful & the customer service is beyond compare!

Very disappointed with the arrangement that arrived. Dead, with petals falling off 3 flowers. White roses looked old, with browning to edges. Arrangement was dreadful. Ugly in fact. I contacted the owner who has these past 2 weeks not replied to my communications and is never available to be seen in person on 3 separate visits. I do not recommend this florist at all. Terrible attitude when arrangement was returned , it was pointed out about dead flowers, the lady on duty plucked out flower saying Oh that one's dead." As if that is what you're paying for and it was of no consequence. I contacted another florist in Ballina who thankfully was more than able to fulfill my desire for a beautiful arrangement of magnificent "live fresh " flowers. Flowers in Paradise? I think not. Best spend your money where you'll receive fresh flowers and courteous service."

There are so many beautiful gifts and flowers. Staff was friendly and so helpful and I was able to buy the perfect flowers for my friend with great advice. Huge variety of gifts for everyone.

OMG...I ordered a basket of flowers for my daughter who is in NSW and we are in Qld, I asked the lady to change a few flowers to purple as it is my daughters favourite colour, I could not believe the picture my daughter sent me when they arrived to her work place, I was in tears, they were the most beautiful bunch that they re-arranged for me, I wasn’t worried about the cost, but very well priced, all I can say is, Thank you Flowers In Paradise, job very well done, tears from my daughter and myself.Will definitely recommend this florist, again, Thankyou

Best florist on the Far North Coast, everything floral, huge range of gifts, friendly and helpful staff and 100% reliable. Great people too work with. Highly recommended.
