Extremely rude blonde haired lady working. She had a go at me while looking me up and down, I was scared she was going to hit me. I asked my father what I could of done wrong and he said nothing. I was polite and definitely not rude. Definitely not a vibe when the worker an physcopath and rude to the paying customers!

Lovely plesent staff, nice to eat a pie where the bum didn't fall out.

Pies and sausage rolls are very good! Among the best. But go early as they run out of pies so don’t expect lunch there. You’d think they’d make more to last all day but nope.

Woman behind the counter was not happy because I walked in and interrupted her private conversation. She was snarky and certainly couldn’t even manage a smile. Each time I asked for something her reply was “is that all” I tried to make light conversation which she made very clear she was not interested in.I was hoping the food was a little more pleasant then her, but I was disappointed. Bread roll was yesterdays at best. Not looking forward to trying any of the other stuff.I read some of the other reviews and was blown away by the rude and nasty replies from the store owners.I’m surprised you even have a business left.I sure a hell won’t be back.

Best cheese and bacon pie i have had in a long time ...and the apple pies are ....divine

Customer service shocking. The woman is extremely rude, asked for the manager’s name. She replied that she is not his ‘keeper’. Rang from home to ask for his number and name, she hung up. I have experienced this before and avoid the store because of her.

Had a salad roll, the roll was good, everything else on the roll was tasteless. Also has a salad sandwich, which was made with stale bread. Such a waste of money. Coffee was ok.

Nothing like a meat pie and coffee for breakfast. This bakery on the main street of Cessnock was open and available on an early Sunday morning which was great. There were a variety of options of pies however the filling could have been a little more. The taste and aroma of the curry pie we had was delicious. The surprising thing was the coffee - as the predominant feature of this location was it's Bakery and not Cafe I was expecting an average coffee - but the brew was fantastic and smooth with a great taste.

On the 28/04/22 I came in at 4:30pm after work. the lady was mopping the floor and seemed to be annoyed that I was there and she wasn’t very friendly, she definitely made me feel like I wasn’t welcome even though they close at 5pm. I felt uncomfortable but I brushed it off because I enjoyed the food. And I was having a good day and wasn’t going to let her ruin it. The following day 29/04/22 at 4:30, again after work I came in. The lady was very rude to me shaking her head right in front of me! And telling me to get off the phone, first off all I’m the paying the customer!! she made me feel very unwelcome again…grumpy old lady is ruining the business I just moved to Cessnock and was hoping to find a nice local bakery to use regularly but i will never return here. Absolutely disgusting customer service! no customer should feel this way. Blows my mind how she has a job when she treats her paying customers this way. She is miserable old lady.
