Avoid this place at all costs. Zara was terrible to deal with, had our order incorrectly and was very arrogant. Terrible customer service!!

Horrible attitude ,Dirty products and service.Very rude and condescending.I was asking them to clean the dirty chairs for my ceremony and the shop worker told me : don’t tell me how to run my business.We were picking up some chairs and stands 2 days before my wedding and they were being very irrational and rude. People in these industries usually know how much stress and pressure couples are under and they try to calm them down and give them a great service. These people were the opposite.They tried to empty the truck and take the chairs back if we wanted them cleaned because they knew we didn’t have any choice but to take them and cleaned them ourselves.Do not recommend them , don’t fall for the affordable prices , it is worth paying a little more for a piece of mind and better service during your wedding times.Extremely rude

I wanted to thank Zara for the lovely set-up for my event. She is incredibly talented in what she does. I showed her my dress and she organised a floral arrangement to compliment the dress, which came out beautifully. She is very professional and tailors a package to suit your needs and budget.Thank you again!

My brides maid & I contacted Zara in September to hire chairs for the morning ceremony of my wedding in November.We confirmed what we needed, the date we needed them for and the cost.Zara gave us a location to pick up the chairs.Nearing the day, I sent a message to Zara to confirm a time to pick up the chairs... There was no reply.SIX days later.. almost 1 week after my wedding. Zara FINALLY decides to reply with: Hi when do u need them again"We told Zara that "It's already passed

Zara is amazing. Prices are very reasonable and quality of service is outstanding. I used them for my wedding and for my baby shower- will definitely use them again!
