Can’t rate 5Star Physique highly enough!!! Such a welcoming, fun environment with incredibly effective programs. Sylvia has been the most supportive, invested coach, helping me improve metabolism, body composition, strength and fitness. Nothing else worked for me - 5Star does.

Hands down Dan is your man, I have trained with Dan now for just over a year and man this guy has some knowledge under his belt! This gym is more than just your ordinary gym though the 5star team is more a family than anything and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. So if your wanting to get in shape with coaches that know what there doing then look no further then this amazing gym!!!!

If you want the perfect combination of discipline and TLC ( I need it sometimes) then Silvia and the whole team at 5SP is the perfect place to go.I am impressed with how much attention is paid to form during the execution of an exercise. Trust me had few PT and been in other gyms and saw how clients were trained, no wonder they get injuries (take it from an ex physio)... Every time I see Silvia she makes sure I can take the load of training she has assigned and every single time measures me to make sure we are on track. LOVE IT!Daniel and Gemma are not my PT and yet they always make me feel so welcomed. This gym becomes like a circle of friends of family if you want. Everyone ends up knowing everyone.

I can’t rave enough about Silvia and 5 Star!Silvia is incredible, I LOVE training with her - what a wealth of knowledge, amazing coach and beautiful person.The gym itself has the best equipment and the most lovely community. Huge fan and hope to continue to train here for years to come.

I love 5 Star! Silvia has held my hand through many programs, getting me better each time, She got me on stage at the age of 46 winning in Figure division with the ABF. A coach that is there for me every step of the way. A great gym, with great coaches and a family friendly vibe.

The absolute best, cleanest, well thought out and friendliest gym on the Northern Beaches. With an abundance of knowledge from all the trainers in every aspect. From just keeping motivated and active to losing some unwanted weight or even building your strength and physic to reach your goals. A friendly environment which feels more like a family and not a chore.

An amazing gym, excellent range of weights/machines and always super clean. I’ve been seeing Jemma in one of the 8 week fitness programs. Huge improvement in strength, fitness and discipline in following the suggested food intake provided. Highly recommend Jemma as an instructor, extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. 5 stars!
