Love this store and the staff. They are so helpful and caring all the time with my elderly mother. Best investment buying her hearing aids from this store.

We actually came in here to get a seniors phone for my elderly mother as Telstra and Optus in Stocklands Forster we’re very unhelpful regarding this. Mum is a Telstra customer and had an Iphone that was broken but Telstra were not interested in showing us any simple flip phone and said it is policy they cannot be taken out of the box and none were on display either for viewing. We were encouraged to go away. There is no support or service in place for the elderly it would seem.If I could give more stars to Bay Audio I would. The lady (I forgot her name) that helped us was exceptional in her customer service and patience towards mum. She even offered mum her own glasses so she could see the phone as mum left hers at home. She talked mum through it all and let her handle the phone and set the phone up for her. We were so relieved to have found this shop.
