Lunch Bunch

Very disappointing. Don't book a delivery. Lunch Bunch did not protect the chocolate gift box contents - inside chocolates were loose - the box had no protective cover or even tie to keep the lid together. Left in a spot that was not stable, box fell, contents broke, not a perfect gift" as claimed. That would've been fine

Beautiful gifts. Creative work that really impresses the person you want to impress on any special day. Don't have a single complaint, everything was delivered perfectly and at a great time. The fruit is huge and fresh!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS - go elsewhere!I have never received such vile service or encountered such a vile human being in my life.I made an order on Tuesday for it to be delivered on Saturday, I was contacted on Saturday at 10.30am, hours before delivery to say the flowers that I had picked were not available and it would be swapped with chocolate flowers (something I didn’t want or originally order). I asked if fresh flowers were available as I originally chose something with fresh flowers and she told me they had none. She then messaged me photos of lilies which weren’t even opened and then another cheap looking flower to which I said no as I originally ordered an orchid.She called me and was disgustingly rude and aggressive and talking over the top of me and canceled my order because she wasn’t organised enough to fulfil my order.I don’t understand how I have ordered something on a Tuesday and no flowers were ordered or put aside for my $175 order.This business does not deserve your money. Go to Edible Blooms instead.

worst company to deal with ever! Rude, refused refund for a mistaken order even after contacting instantly to explain the mistake. attempted to keep money and just avoid contact. a fraudulent horrible business.fraud claim approved and won. do not let this company steal your money.
