Came for Covid booster. Absolutely excellent. First point of contact friendly and fast. Pharmacist giving shot was superb. No pain. Detailed explanation and knew our previous covid shot history. I have been to a multitude of places for vaccines and this was the best experience.

Staff member Connie, displayed very poor customer service. On receipt of my script she pronounced my surname incorrectly! I corrected her, no apology she just laughed at me! How rude. I then purposely mispronounced her name and quickly apologised. She just totally missed the point. Totally incompetent!

I had my flu shot here. The staff were friendly. I'd go back next year for the flu shot again. It would be nice if they had more seating available for the patients waiting.
