Service was good but when I pointed out that a fly was on the muffins her response was oh well it will be in there all day... there was no attempt to move the fly off the muffins or any care for the transmission of disease...

Worst coffee shop/ cafe within the local areaPoor service, rude staff. Everything seems way too hard for themDon’t expect to get a table to dine in they close that area off for cleaning around lunchtime and you’re expected to have takeaway only or sit in the food court section. Pure laziness ! Won’t be back

Food and coffee is fine, nothing special, but customer service is terrible. Two girls often chat to each other for some time before you can be served. A smile or some manners wouldn’t kill you, either.

Lovely staff and offer savoury GF muffin which most muffin breaks no longer do. So very much appreciate that. Cappuccinos always made perfectly :)

Food is prepared beautifully however they are truly the rudest staff. Seated my elderly mother then when up to the counter to be served . Because I was standing to the side of the counter to be out of other customers way the waitress would not serve me until I was in front of her and she said it abruptly to me. And pointed with her finger. My mother had not been there since our lovely cafe had closed and moved . So my advice girls and gents get a better attitude and please smile when you serve customers. Coming from someone who has been in the industry a long time.

My dear friend & I have been coming here for some time now. Aleisha & the girls are absolutely wonderful & we have nothing but praise & thankfulness for the efficient & friendly service.This is ALWAYS our first port of call. Nothing is ever too much trouble! We can't talk highly enough of OUR GIRLS.

The staff are so rude it’s unbelievable.I can’t understand how they can employ so many rude people in the one place. I work in the area so go to food court most days, I have tried but they make you feel like you’re a bother ordering food from them.I won’t be going back.The owners response to me was passive aggressive and very patronising which doesn’t surprise me. You want me to go up to the staff who are rude and ask for a manager to the staff are rude. There is a difference between rude and an incident. And it is the correct store I used the word ‘food court’ as its bunched with other food outlets.

I swing by to get a coffee when I’m shopping so randomly staff are always a amazing and coffee is always on point but Today I was sitting enjoying a coffee and I hear the staff talking about calling a someone who did a online Oder to make sure they got it right for allergies…amazing Servis guys hope you read this.
